Our Year 10 students have recently completed a transition into their new GCSE classes. They are all getting a taster linked to their individual subject choices. In Art and Design the students are experimenting with clay designs; they are learning how to slip, carve, indent, cut and create various mark-making surface decorations on their ceramic tiles as part of their introduction to the processes involved with Ceramic Design.
