'Blame it on the Berries' and 'Fruit Loose'

19th Jan 2018

Year 14 Applied Business Studies pupils at St Patrick's High School, Keady promoted the healthy ethos within school by setting up a business enterprise producing their own range of healthy smoothies.

Dressed in 80's costumes and selling 80's themed smoothies such as 'Blame it on the Berries' and 'Fruit Loose' each member of the team used their individual skills to ensure the event was a huge success, with demand exceeding supply. The pupils excelled in achieving their aims of providing a high quality product and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. All proceeds from the sale were divided between Southern Area Hospice and the Children's Cancer Unit in the Royal Victoria Hospital. Pictured with the Year 14 pupils is James Mc Caffrey from Southern Area Hospice and Jacqueline from the Children's Hospice Unit in the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast.
